Sabrina Savoy is an International Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Quantum Soul Guidance, Galactic Astrology Practitioner. She also writes and records meditations that are available for free on Insight Timer and YouTube. She is a big believer that we create our reality through our thoughts. She has studied how the brain functions and has published a workbook called, Infinite Me (find it on Amazon) based on using Affirmations to create new neural pathways in the brain to positively support ourselves into greater self love and awareness.
