For Sabrina the path started to unfold in 2008. It began with Usui Reiki training, her mother's diagnosis with breast cancer, & the book, You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L Hay. From that point on Sabrina's life took a radical shift and the world as she knew it was forever changed. All the sensitivities she felt as a child were now paired with an understanding and awareness that she was able to build upon; Sabrina could see that her life was, and still is a series of set ups for her awakening journey.

In 2010 Sabrina was called to embark on the path of Usui Reiki Master Teacher, which led her to study more about palm healing and how Jesus and Buddha appear more as brothers in their work guided by the same energy. Shortly after

​ the birth of her 1st child she studied yoga asana and philosophy and completed a 200hr yoga teacher training, which she later built upon. Sabrina became a sponge for learning many things mystical, magical, and spiritual. She embraced the Anishinabe Red Road and 7 Grandfather teachers, Qi Gong, frequency therapies, and Shamanic practices.
Sabrina's sessions are unique and offer you a holistic, energetic approach to harmonizing and balancing the elements inside of you and all around you. In 2019 she wrote and designed an affirmation based journal called Infinite Me. This beautifully crafted book is infused with light coded artwork and has circulated around the world, assisting others to take responsible action for their thoughts and lead them back into self love and self empowerment. In 2022 Sabrina enrolled herself in Julia Balaz’s Quantum Soul Guidance Practitioner Course to add the amazing star connections we hold into our daily life and to bridge the gap between our life on Earth and that in the Sky. She has been offering QSG readings internationally since 2023 and also discovering ways of adding the star wisdom into her energy work practice. Sabrina’s approach to healing, peacefully evolving, and anchoring in higher wisdom has always been done simply; she has always said, “Spirit doesn’t complicate the message, humans do.” So using that to guide her, she has an easy way of delivering profound information, through her artwork, sessions, and writings.
